Gene Lee, MD, joined the Maternal Fetal Medicine division at the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2011. He has also been appointed as a Women's Reproductive Health Research (WRHR) Scholar. Dr. Lee completed his medical education at the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine, followed by residency at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA and subspecialty fellowship training in maternal-fetal medicine at the University of Colorado, School of Medicine. Dr. Lee has participated in research throughout his educational career. His most recent publications are related to a new cervical length measurement method to predict preterm labor.
